About Me
My experience with turmoil and animosity began at a young age. I remember tears flowing as my parents fought and faced the challenges of raising six children. To this day, I remember that feeling of chaos—my mind cluttered with anxious thoughts and overwhelming worries.
I swore to myself that my life wouldn't be like that when I have my family and my career. I would strive to live a life of peace and tranquility.
In 2004, I decided to leave the corporate world to stay home and raise my family. Although that was one of the best decisions I've ever made, I must admit that at some point, I felt that I lost "me."
In an effort to find myself again, I met with a career coach and signed up for training and development courses. I pursued a new purpose in life, earned a credential from the International Coach Federation, and reinvented my entire professional career.
My mission is to help women achieve the same peace and happiness in their career that I found.
The combination of my corporate experience as a restauranteur, founder of a non-profit organization, founder of start-ups, international travels, and other extensive people development skills enables me to help my clients in a special way.

Testimonials
"I am one of the privileged people whose life has changed after meeting Imelda. I am very glad that I am growing in many aspects of my life through her coaching and mentorship. I was once a shy boy who doesn't recognize his goal in life and now a young man who can take on responsibility for myself and sharing it to people around me. Her training has contributed a lot in my life's greatest achievement as an educator, engineer, speaker, and most specially as a human being who value mission and passion. I am continuously discovering, bringing everything that I've learned from her coaching while giving it back to the community I live in."

I have coached Kevin since 2014. He had just graduated from college when I met him. He went on to pass his Engineering Board Exam and became an instructor for a state college in the Philippines. Whenever I visited the Philippines, we would hold leadership seminars together. He is in now in Seoul, Korea on scholarship study and aiming for a Doctorate degree. I’m still coaching him. –Imelda

"Imelda has been a big part of my personal growth since 2015. She does not stop helping me get out of my comfort zone. I have learned to explore more about life. One of the best things Imelda has helped me understand, is the importance of self-expression.
Imelda has taught me that every goal or dream starts when I put everything in words and act on it. I discovered that my fear of rejection and shyness were roadblocks to my success.
Imelda goes beyond the presence of a coach—I felt the kindness of a friend, mother, and a teacher. She continues to empower me to become a better version of myself."
